Hi, I,m James. I see alot on here for help for single mothers,but I,m a single father of three. I,m not asking for something for nothing. Have never recieved any welfare, always worked. What I have to offer is 30 acres of land for sale, without selling I will soon be where many of these others are. Property is mortgaged so interested parties would have to be patient and work with me. Even though this property has been in the family for 100yrs I know the relatives would not mind that much if it meant bettering our lives. My kids are all three honor roll students and it would be nice to be able to give them access to the higher education that they are capable of. Propery is not pristine, woodland and swamp, but I will continue to improve it, does have a couple of nice building sites. I am involved in my community and in my children's school life. A single father trying to make his childrens' life alot better, 110,000 dollars, in 5 years or so this property will be worth this or more.
